I created Style and the City in order to capture and reveal people’s natural beauty. When I say people, of course, I mean girls and women. Men were not in my thoughts. As a amn who loves woman, it’s easier for me to talk, convince charm a girl, woman than a … man. LOL. When I was younger I was doing a lot of sport and as a result I had a great body : great pectoral, great abs, shining smile, lol. 15 years laters, my abs took vacation for a unlimited duration. I havent received any call phone or a least a post card from them so far. It makes me sad as we had great funky adventures togthere, especially during hollidays, on beach. But that’s anither sty and I can tell you all my life in that blog.
Anyway, my point is not my great former abdominal belt but rather the fact that I came throught my fears. I was afraid that if I take a picture of a guy he would think that I am flirting or making advances. That has freaked me out for years. But thank’s to my most passionate femal readers, I overtok the issue. For years you asked me to take in pictures men and finally I decided to do so last year. And I am very happy to have done it. Without your request, I would never have dare the take in picture some of the sexiest men of New York and put them in a musical slideshow that you loved very much. I was willing to change my minde and to learn a new skill. that’s tha beauty of life : you can always learn if you are willing to learn.
That’s why, when I met Jordan Yates during New York fashion week, when I realized how stylish, elegant and handsome he was, I immediately thought about my female readers that love thak kind of elegant men. If I now know quite well what makes a women naturally gorgeous and even sexy, I am still in the process to discover what makes men desirable. I am learning a lot by analysing how a man body moves, how different are men and women attitudes. Glamour comes from attitude. And if you mix that with the right angle, photo composition, human interaction you can achieve something great that will reveal how your model was amazing. I am still learning and the more I learn, the more I enjoy to take men in picture. Congrat Jordan, Viktor and others. here’s a tiny sample of my thousand pictures I have about stylish men in New York. I hope to find time to put more online. Enjoy and hava a great day.
