Did it ever come to tell you about your career « This is not the life I deserve », « I worth better than that. » These complex issues, I asked 10000 times and as an entrepreneur, at least 2 times a day : when I wake up and I go to bed. When I wake up because I want to find how to make my day productive and sow the seeds of my future. When I layer because I think about my day and wonder if I watered the seeds.
Consider the answer is sometimes painful. Painful because you realize your mistakes. Painful because sometimes your fate depends on factors other than your qualities, factors that you do not control. It is this second aspect that makes the pain worse, because you realize that in our world and particularly in the enterprise, regardless of your talent and intelligence, whatever your passion, whatever the number of Hours past a boss, whatever your sacrifices, the company and your « superiors » do not always reward worthy of your merits.
As I have previously pointed you, I am going through a financial professional and very difficult. Yet I am happy. I am happy because I have faith in me, I’m happy because all over the world there are people who believe in themselves, their values, their talent, living tragedies and yet raise mountains. I’m happy because all over the world there are people who think of others before thinking about them, because there are people for whom the word RESPECT means something. I am happy because I know that one day I could tell my kids: « I may not always win, but I never stopped fighting. Do not. »
In recent weeks, I’m happier than ever thanks to one man: Barack Obama.
