My dear friends and readers. This Paris Fashion week is very very hard to cover in the artistic and humanist way I love. I am afraid that the magic of this beautiful event is dying. Too too too many photographers that just don’t let women walk peacefully… In addition, the fact that streets are in the same time under a very strong sun and shaddow, meaning that people go from under sun areas to under shaddows areas in 1 seconde makes the setting of the camera difficult.
It’s 3 am and I am exhausted. I can’t post lots of pictures tonight. I’ll post sweet souvenirs and great moments very soon, just after the Paris fashion week is over. But I want you to go to bed with one of the most beautiful smile of the fashion week, a smile that saved my sad day. Taylor Tomasi’s smile saved my day because it reminded me that if you work with passion and respect, you’ll always meet smiles on your path from helpful and generous people. They give you courage to keep doing what you do and it’s a great gift to appreciate in our society.
I have many people to thank so much as they offer me great occasions to improve my art, to test my creativity . Ece Sukan, you are truly a marvellous and constant source of inspiration for me. Especially when you don’t know that I am taking pictures of you. I wish to be constantly invisible to surprise the beautiful women from fashion weeks again and again.
If Fashion weeks are about fashion, we must not forgot that they are first about life, friendship, emotions, isn’t it Anna Dello Russo !
Fashion weeks are also about making the good and right choices : don’t be a photographer that constantly stops women and ask for brands, but be the one that respects them and always find a way to take pictures from them in a different, original and respectful way, even if you need to wait the right moment or let it down. I always prefer to respect a women’s peace and not take the picture than bothering her. Because if you live and believes in your true values and artistic choices, God, if exists, will help you. Because GOD loves artists and Shala Monroque,
sweet smiles and Shiona Turini … (Can you resist to her gorgeous smile ? I can’t !)
great picture composition and Natalie Joos « Alice in Wonderland ».
And when God sees that you glue to your humanist and artistic values instead of constantly stopping women and asking for their brands, when God sees that you respect women’s peace and work hard in order to capture beautiful true moments that can reveal the natural beauty of life and women, he always rewards you. Just work hard, it will comes soon or later my friend…
It’s 3 am. I am exhausted. I must go to bed. Tomorrow morning I won’t go to any show because I must upload 160 new pictures on our innovative and addictive fashion app. I will post them also on the blog for those who don’t have an iPhone, iPad. See you this morning my friends. And please, don’t be afraid to share this article with your friends, on facebook, twitter by copying the links of this article. Wow! I’m so impressed that even though you’re surrounded by all this generic photographers, you still manage to take absolutely beautiful pictures and make women look natural and spontaneous.
I just wanted you to know that whenever I imagine « the real Paris » (cause I’ve never been there) I don’t imagine the eiffel tower or the Champs-Élysées or the Louvre. I imagine the smiling people walking through narrow, beautiful streets you photograph for your blog.
PS: Sorry for the english
Fantastic pics!
