Dear readers, dear women from fashion, dear models, dear friends. I hope that you will understand my bad english (I am french, remember ! LOL)

I have no words strong enough to thank you so much for your kindness and complicity during this last New York fashion week. Your generosity toward me made it my best fashion week ever so far. I am currently working on gathering my thousands pictures and stories into themes : friendship, love, moments of happiness, revealing women’s natural beauty… Thank you so much to all of you that understood that Style and the City is not about basic street style pictures but about revealing fashion weeks’ beauty and create great memories that honour women from fashion’s kindness.

You offered me so many great moments to capture in this New York fashion week. Some were very funny, (Big round of applause to Anna Dello Russo and Giovanna Battaglia that beat the fastest high heels race world record. LOL)

Other moments were full of grace. In this beautiful encounter, I think that Gid, if exists, helped me. I was so in late that I missed the Ralph Lauren f’ashion show beginning. And because I was so in late, I met this gorgeous pregnant lady. God wants you to have babies. He made me his messenger I think. LOL.

I did my best to hide myself in order to capture your natural beauty, your elegance, (Big round of applause to gorgeous and stylish Emily, from Cupcakes and Cashmere. More pictures of Emily in the coming article)

Even when you were tired after a big week of runing from one show to another, you were still beautiful to watch (big round of applause to ever stylish Lauren Remington Platt, founder of Vensette)

I met for the first time some ladies that now are in my head and heart for ever. Kathrin Bruss, your laugh reminds us that fashion week is first a great moment to share joy and happiness, with friends. All our encounter were a deligh for the humanist street style photographer I am. I hope someday that fashion brand will understand how real life and women in real are more beautiful than fake pictures.

I was a pleasure for me to meet my beloved models. Our chemistry was the best I ever had and I am so happy to know that they love my work and Style and the City’s spirit and human values. You have no idea how more beautiful models are after the show, back to real life.

Queen Anna Dello Russo played perfectly her role. For me, she is the great queen of fashion week. Without her, fashion week would not be the same.

She is a perfomer and can offer you something that no other woman can offer you. You must connect now or never. If you understand her, if you love her, she will give you the best of her : her complicity and respect. Big round of applause for Anna Dello Russo

Stephanie LaCava was a woman with who I didn’t tryed to connect that much because she is always surrounded by beloved friends and street style photographers. I think that God, if exists, wanted to remind me my mission :

revealing women’s natural beauty, all women, Stephanie LaCava included. And now I understand why.

This New York fashion week was my best fashion week ever.  But it was also my best New York street style ever. Fashion weeks are magical moments but we must never forget that real life is more beautiful because it’s simply our life. LIFE is as beautiful as we want to see and make it beautiful. Especially whn you meet Super Dad and his super little flying girl !!

And I want to see and make life beautiful, starting by revealing women’s natural beauty (I got you Ece Sukan ! héhé)

I must thank Nikon for giving me this amazing Camera and lens : Nikon D3s + 70-200 mm, f2,8. Both, they allowed me to take amazing pictures. In coming articles, you’ll see the result.

I am grateful to be in good health and be able to do what I love so far. I have dreams, and I will achieve them. Not because it’s my destiny. But because I work hard to make my life a living dream. Life is beautiful. Just open your eyes ! (And lie down on the pavement if necessary)
